It was very quick and easy. They were running not even 5 minutes late and I was given an apology. I've had many opticians appointments and am aware they can easily over run but I thought it was very thoughtful to have still apologised, I wasn't worried in any case.

I made the appointment online which could have been easier as I had to login twice and then had to start the whole process again but got an appointment in the end. When I arrived, the staff were very friendly and efficient. I was seen almost straight away and the service was smooth as we moved between each test and was completed in good time. Everything was explained to me athat each stage and I felt cared for. I was left to take my time choosing glasses and then the staff took time explaining my options and then pricing them for me so that I could make an informed choice. Very pleased with the whole service.
